~ PRIVATE YOGA SESSION-Your yoga style choice infused with Thai Massage and hands on adjustments, technique, and alignment work in Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, Ashtanga, Kundalini, or Bikram.
~ RESTORATIVE AND/OR YIN YOGA-With bolsters, aromatherapy, and sound healing. A deeply healing and relaxing practice based on stillness. You will surrender into completely supported poses, with very little movement. Best for healing injuries, reducing stress, and overcoming fatigue. You will release stress stored deep within the body and leave feeling renewed and recharged.
~ YOGA NIDRA/YOGIC SLEEP-There is no physical effort. Rest your mind and body supported by props as you are taken on a journey within. Great for stress, insomnia and to simply recharge.
~ GENTLE YOGA-Therapeutic in nature. Moving at a perfectly slower pace you will be able to connect more deeply with every posture. Expect lots of relaxing deep stretches as well as meditative and breathing techniques. Stress and tension will simply melt away.
~GENTLE FLOW-Still gentle and healing in this session we begin to explore standing postures as well. Your breath will be your guide as you flow from one pose to the next. Slowly warming the body, then diving deep into more flexibility, and finally releasing the tension and stress in the mind.
~ VINYASA FLOW-This session will get your heart pumping but then use the breath to calm it back down. Perfect for increasing your strength and flexibility. After all of your hard work, there is a yummy deep relaxation at the end.
_WARM VINYASA FLOW- This energetic flow class follows an intermediate level vinyasa class. The room will NOT be heated, nor will it be cooled. You will build your own internal heat during this detoxifying class.
~ KUNDALINI YOGA- Kundalini Yoga is the science to unite the finite with Infinity, and it is the art to experience Infinity in the finite." Kundalini Yoga is called the Yoga of Awareness. Awaken the energy of consciousness, shed light on self-imposed limitations and develop your intuitive mind. The Kriyas and meditations of Kundalini yoga are specifically designed to generate energy and increase awareness. This practice begins and ends with mantra and has warm up exercises to prepare for the Kriya, a series of postures, breath, and sound that work toward a specific outcome. Practicing Kriyas initiates a sequence of physical and mental changes that affect the body, mind, and spirit simultaneously.
~ ASHTANGA YOGA- This is a hatha-based meditative practice that unites movement with breath, aimed at purification of the mind and body. Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga is the source of most Vinyasa, power and flow style yogas popular in the West today. The Mysore style allows students to practice a set series of postures at their own pace, while being supervised and adjusted by a teacher. If you are ready to move beyond the physical, this is a great next step beyod guided Vinyasa classes.

Concentrating on releasing tight connective tissue and fascia, keeping range of motion and rotation in hips, shoulders, wrists and joints moving freely. SivanandaYoga-A form of hatha flow founded by Swami Sivananda. Classes start in savavsana, move through breath and 12 asanas designed to increase strength and flexibility. Meditation and chanting may be part of a full class.
PiYo a type of exercise that is a blend of Pilates and Yoga. The Pilates part strengthens and tones the body, while the yoga part promotes mindfuness and relaxation. PiYo provides a total mind-body workout.
BEGINNERS YOGA:This class is structured for the new or nearly new yogi. Taking the mystery out of the practrice, come have fun. Poses will be explained, shown and taught to each students current level of knowledge ans comfort. Questions are encouraged in this class.
TONE & BURN- An upbeat, fun and effective total body work out. During class you will burn caloies and improve endurance/muscular strength. Great for all levels of fitness as you work at your own pace with modifications made just for you.

~ REIKI HEALING- Reiki is a Japanese technique used for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by hands hovering or resting above specific energy centers of the body called the chakras. It is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.

The traditional polyrhythm's of West Africa layer simple beats and accompaniment parts with complex timing, solo phrases and improvisation. So whatever your level of skill and experience, there is a place for you in the groove.
